1. Project Details

All project plans, layouts, specifications, and features mentioned are subject to change as per approvals from relevant authorities and the discretion of the developer. The images, floor plans, and artist impressions are for representational purposes only.

2. Pricing and Charges

The prices shared during pre-launch or booking are exclusive of additional charges such as floor rise, preferential location charges (PLC), amenity-facing charges, GST, legal charges, registration fees, stamp duty, maintenance charges, and possession charges. These will be communicated separately and are subject to revision without prior notice.

3. Booking and Allotment

• Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount and execution of the booking form.
• Allotment of units is at the sole discretion of the developer and is subject to availability.
• The developer reserves the right to reject any booking without assigning any reason.

4. Construction and Possession Timeline

The proposed possession date is December 2028, while the RERA registered possession date is December 2029. Delays due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond the developer's control may affect the actual possession timeline.

5. Third-Party Approvals and RERA

This project is registered under MahaRERA. Buyers are advised to verify all details on the official RERA website. All approvals from statutory authorities are under process or obtained as required.

6. Usage Rights and Modifications

• No modifications shall be allowed in unit layout or structure once the construction phase begins.
• Any internal customization requests will be subject to feasibility and developer approval.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Global Group shall not be held responsible for any loss or liability arising from reliance on the information provided, including errors or omissions, and reserves the right to update content at any time without notice.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
